Refund Policy – Janssen Strategic Advisor, LLC

All payments made to Janssen Strategic Advisor, LLC are non-refundable. Because professional services begin immediately upon payment, fees for the CLEAR Readiness Review™ and ongoing retainers cannot be refunded.

Payments & Scheduling

The CLEAR Readiness Review™ must be paid in advance.
Retainers are due on the 1st of each month.
Credits for rescheduled work may be applied within 30 days by mutual agreement.

Policy Exceptions

In rare cases where Consultant cannot fulfill agreed services, payments will be credited toward future engagements or refunded at Consultant’s discretion.
